WHAT FORMAT DOES THE COMPANION EBOOK COME IN?

The companion eBook will be delivered to you via email as a downloadable PDF, which can be read on your computer, tablet, mobile device, or eReader.

Yes. However, your friend will need to fill out the form and submit their proof of purchase separately.
