I get the message that the Coupon Code is not valid. When does the gift membershp begin?The gift membership will begin when the recipient signs up and redeems the code (not when the gift certificate is purchased). What happens at the end of the gift membership?At the end of the gift membership you can choose to continue by purchasing a monthly or annual subscription, or by using another gift certificate. Towards the end of the gift membership, we’ll send you a couple reminders with instructions. Will I lose my progress in the courses if my gift membership expires?Nope! As long as you use the same email address to sign up again, you can pick up right where you left off. I lost my gift certificate - can I get a replacement?If you lost your certificate or coupon code, email us at support@writingmastery.com with the name and email address of the person who purchased the certificate for you and the date the certificate was purchased (or an estimate). We’ll use this to verify the purchase and reissue a new code to replace an unused code. The person I gifted the membership to doesn't want it. Can I get a refund?Certainly! Just email us at support@writingmastery.com with the unused coupon code and we’ll issue a refund. Do the gift certificates expire?Nope! We will honor all gift certificates as long as the Academy is still open (which we hope will be a very, very long time!).
